Happy Halloween and happy end of the month!

Starting my day on the right foot is so important to me, and it's something that we all need to give some time and energy to because the way you start your day and your week will determine whether you were productive and fulfilled or lacking and disappointed by Friday.

The first thing I want you to do is stay away from your phone/electronic devices when you first wake up. Our minds and our bodies need to adjust to the new day and this should start with hydrating your brain, it becomes very thirsty while sleeping and if we are going to work at our best capacity we have to provide as much water as possible to get those creative and analytical juices flowing.

Our morning routine is the secret sauce to the recipe of life, take a moment today and think about how you can set yourself up for making it the best day you possibly can.
