How can anyone, even NDT, say that Jupiter has no surface? There are actually numerous surfaces. Metallic hydrogen, for sure. There surely must be an enormous amount of silicates and metals.

We have never been to Jupiter's surface let alone its core. So what Neil is saying is pure guess work. Theories are in fact guesses. Ask any scientist on the planet if theories are fact and they will say no.
