As a Brit living in the USA, a place I Love very much. I think this Video should be viewed on every single USA tv channel, every cable channel, every single local station, and all at the same time! This great nation, needs to stop ripping its self Apart, and began again, understanding that the whole is far greater than the parts. God bless America.

The people today who are vandalizing monuments and statues in the name of justice and equality need to see this video. We have to embrace and learn from our history, not to scrub it clean. That’s what makes America unique from other countries. I’ve always wondered why Confederate soldiers were also buried in Arlington, and I’ve learned so much from this video and have an even deeper respect for America and our history.

I have made arrangement for my ashes to be interred there. A very special place and I know as a veteran I will be in the best of company. Also, my first ancestor in North American buried in the church cemetery at Yorktown Virginia, he arrived in 1680 and passed in 1703.

I visited Arlington in 1999 on a visit to America. I was struck with an overwhelming sense of respect and humility at what is represented there. It is only right and proper that we respect and say thankyou to our veterans who paid the ultimate price, I speak as an Englishman for my country and for the USA. I thank you for assistance as allies and pray that we may always be friends as peace loving nations. May God Bless America,

🇺🇸🇵🇪🇵🇷 I'm One of the lucky ones, I grew up I grew up in Bailey's Crossroads, Virginia. I have been to Arlington cemetery many times, For funerals and visits, Bob Crosby and I Stood for many hours as we waited there at the cemetery, As we watch John Kennedy be put to rest.. Anyone who visits Washington DC And goes to the Lincoln memorial should walk across the bridge to Arlington cemetery, Maybe they will appreciate their veterans more.. It's free you don't need an invitation... God-bless America 💖

Freedom doesn't come without a HUGE HUMAN SACRIFICE. These are the true HEROES that no one ever heard about. May they Rest with their Respective God's. Because so many different religions served. Thank you all for your Ultimate Sacrifice for all of us is the US and the neighbor to tyour North, Canada. From a grateful daughter of a Canadian Military Veteran of 22 years. He served during the Cold War. Never Forgotten, Always Remembered with Dignity, Integrity, Respect, Love and Honour. From Ontario, Canada, Jenn. 💖💖🇨🇦

This is a history lesson that should be taught in school. Maybe the pride of the people of this great country will return.

As a Canadian, I am as touched by the American history of the military as much almost as I am by our own Canadian. One of the deepest blessings God has bestowed on our two Countries is the closeness and strong Friendship we have. Grant that it lasts for eternity. Thank you and GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS.

I am a baby boomer born in 1951 to a very patriot dad who in WW2 was already in the army when Pearl Harbor was bombed. He then was sent to the Aleutians chain and from there to England and then to the stepping stones to Belgium and the Bulge.During the war he distinguish himself as being a good soldier and received many awards for his service. My pop was a patriot to the highest order and always told everyone he was proud of his service. My point is dad always told me and my sister to 1. Honor our God and 2. Honor our nation always. I know he would not be happy with the way things are in our nation today. We as patriot benefactors cannot let our families down or our nation down during this crucial time. Many of my family members have served

America became a superpower in 1945 and the American people have suffered greatly in military actions since then, with over 100, 000 dead service men and women and 300, 000 wounded. Being a superpower is not easy. You really have to admire the selfless commitment of the US military to their country.

I am too. I visited Arlington years ago. I'm the son of a WW2 Navy vet and the grandson of a WW1 Navy vet as well and the nephew of 8 Uncles who served in WW2 and Korea. God Bless their souls, to all of the men and woman who gave their lives for our freedoms.

The first time I visited this most hallowed ground, America's most sacred of resting places, was in 2014. Whilst in my Civil Air Patrol uniform helping my colleagues during such a poignant day of laying wreaths to honor those whom having given all for our nation, I finally felt a sense of closure after 17 years. Over a decade and a half earlier my Grandmother Preusser had been interred alongside her husband my grandfather who fought in WW II, and yet my family didn't allow me to attend the funeral because they thought I'd be overwhelmed, but 17 years later I finally got to say my final farewells! Arlington isn't just a National Cemetery, it is a shrine, a cradle of our history, a place that tells of how America began 248 years ago and how far we've come as a country!!

I've been to Arlington twice. Once to bury a WW II submarine sailor and friend He had people from all over the world come to his ceremony. The second time to bury a personal friend and fellow Sub sailor a few years later in freezing weather but I was proud to be there for him. Hand Salute to both!
