The UK insists it will press ahead with a plan to send some asylum seekers to Rwanda despite its first scheduled flight being cancelled, it was grounded at the last minute after the European Court of human rights issued a ruling to stop the deportation.

The court does not seem to understand the term illigal in illigal migrate. There must be so e deterrent for those who would break the law. The UK must have control of the number and type of migrants who are allowed into the UK. The current levels of migration to the UK are unsustainable, equivalent to a small cite each year. The UK government is trying to find a humane way to enforce its migration laws and stop the human trafficking across The channel. The only way to stop The flood of migrants is to make coming to the UK less attractive. Each time the UK government has tried to do this, it has been met with legal challenges. Those who make such challenges are not the ones who must fund or find homes for these ILLIGAL migrants. Given that resources are finite, they are actually depriving legal migrants of the support that need and are entitled to receive. It must be noted that these illigal migrants are travelling from safe countries to reach the UK. They are economic migrants, seeking to take advantage of the UK social system, to which they have made no contribution. The UK must have the right to deport those who arrive iligally, and who are considered to be undesirable, such as those with criminal convictions.
It could be argued that the very act of arriving in the UK by illigal means makes them undesirable criminals who should be permanently excluded from receiving UK citizenship.
