Man, I've collapsed at work a bunch of times for heat stroke. I never got a news story. Barely got medical treatment.

Keep an ice chest with ice in it, in that situation drag them in shade and a few bags of ice, head neck, chest, and in-between the legs, Keep an ice chest with water and drink it. Motorcycle in the hot day will suck the moisture out of you.
