Squadrum - Step Into Break (Original Mix)

Squadrum returns to Aerotek, this time with a massive debut EP that is sure to heighten the Techno senses for our listeners. We had a small taste of this talented duo, Dee Mac and Ken Young as they provided us with a stellar track on our last ‘Reflection’ compilation, titled ‘Profunda’. We also just recently released an awesome solo release from Ken Young, titled ‘Few Moments Ago’ that proves their dedication to hard work in their music. Their relationship with label boss Rolando goes back a little further than that, a relationship based on mutual respect and appreciation for each other’s work, as Rolando received an opportunity to remix them on a track that is due out this year on the almighty sub:Merged label! Squadrum is constantly working on material, pumping out tracks that are starting to get much notoriety in the Techno scene, with upcoming releases on big labels. Rolando particularly likes their style because they provide a raw sense of identity, pounding hard kicks, driving percussive elements, and overall a dark edge that Rolando absolutely loves. It is an honor to have them here on Aerotek, so we’re proud to present to you ‘Extinguished!’

Are 6 quality tracks enough for you?? We hope so…We have paired up with some talented remixers to make this release shine just as bright as the original Squadrum themselves. We are proud to welcome back one of our favorite duos, Netherland's own 'Diction’ on the remix duties! And new to the Aerotek family, we would like to give a BIG welcome to our buddies over at ‘Black Kat’, TekNoize and Felo Rueda!! When they accepted the remix, we were ecstatic to have them. And if this isn’t enough for you, we have also added to the arsenal ‘Maltesemassive and Avox25’ on the remix duties also, an Aerotek debut for them as well! All remixes provided round this release out perfectly, all uniquely tailored sounds that represent the artists extremely well and molds together the hard edge Aerotek sound that we strive to pump out.
