in Progress | Halloween 👻ATC Tag Album with Graphic 45

I take a couple minutes to show how I cut out with a border to allow room for reinforcing pocket edges and creating flaps for pockets that work designed with them. I'm using a premade album base made by @graphic45 they call their ATC tag album. It's super fun and makes this a fast project.
