Great reminder sir. Non-officers depend on tips, and not just at the end of the cruise. I always pre-pay when booking and you get to spread that out because it's now included in your cruise price. Bartenders get cash tips; room steward always gets a nice bonus. And for those that stand in hour long lines on the final sea day to have gratuities removed, DON'T CRUISE. The staff works twice as hard as most of us and make little to nothing in wages. It's no secret.
