I am a wildlife photographer. l now got this current model have done 80, 000 km, before l had the earlier model both are equally fantastic ! I go in the jungles it ate bud, sand, dust , water and all kinds of animal poo and salt, everything threw at it, for last 9 years. One test it didn't go through yet wild elephants test, l have encountered over 4, 500 of them in the jungles of Srilanka so far, l wonder how it could take a confrontation and survive my 4 x 4 and me ! 🤔

Good! Hilux is really good car. Ofcourse we prefer our Ford Ranger Raptor, but Toyota can also do great job!

I am a big Toyota guy, but I know this from owning toyotas for 20 years: These Toyota SUV's or trucks will never beat a lifted or raised Subaru in a real off roading environment. Subaru engines are not very reliable, but their off road AWD is the best there is. Toyota can never even come close.
