Zen was previously the Executive Director of digital health strategic initiatives at the BC Ministry of Health, and spent 5 years at eHealth Saskatchewan leading their health data management team, and advising EHR development for the province. Zen launched Xenex Consulting Inc. based on 20+ years of experiences designing data systems and now provides bespoke consulting services to both public and private sector clients around the world. Zen is active across the digital health ecosystem in Canada as a Board Member for Digital Health Canada & has recently been named one of the Top 25 Immigrants in Canada.
