Kenyans are now waiting for the outcome of yesterday's election, which is expected in about a week. Raila Odinga and William Ruto are in a tight race to replace incumbent president Uhuru Kenyatta. Polls have officially closed following an intense campaign dominated by debates around the rising cost of living, unemployment and corruption in the country.
