i found this recording when researching for my music theory exam and I am utterly impressed by his perfect german pronounciation! I am able to understand every single word without looking at the score. It's a masterpiece

Solch eine schöne Interpretation so weit von der Stätte den Urhebern Schubert und Wilhelm Müller entfernt. Das Herz fühlt mit.

Really really remarkable voice! I listened to him for the first time at Wiener Staatsoper performing Koenig Marke, on March 2017. How Incredibly deep, powerful, and warm his voice was! It was my best opera experience ever.

Ok, i´m late with commenting ^^ . Just came across this one, as a native german speaker I just can say "bravissimo", this version is marvellous. The first time listening, i closed my eyes. The voice, pronounciation, piano - beautiful. By the way, who is the lady on the piano? Credits for her would be MORE than fair!
