C mags have been attempted before. Issue is I believe after 27 darts the follower will just begin to bind up when feeding, making it useless. Some people have gotten them to work, but they take up so much post processing that for the majority it's not worth it. Files might still be out there on thingiverse. It's also part of the reason why you don't see talon drum mags or any hobbyist drum mag in general, inconsistent feeding, PITA to print, and not worth the tradeoff for 7-14 extra darts.
