Ingredients:
Chicken marinade:
600g Boneless chicken thigh
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Yoghurt
1 tbsp Grated ginger
1 tbsp Grated garlic
2 tbsp Cooking oil

Gravy:
500g Tomato
1 tbsp Garam masala
1 tbsp Chilli Powder
3 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Garlic
2 whole Onion (Diced)
500ml Chicken stock
100g Butter
3 tbsp Cream
Salt to taste
Coriander

Omg. Guys I love your channel but this is just chicken with orange gravy. Butter chicken uses cashews in the onion tomato mix to give it nutty aroma and a whole ton of dried kasuri methi added in the marinade and also in the sauce (fenugreek dried leaves) for authentic flavour. You even get this spice in NTUC or any neighbourhood market. Love the simplicity but this is not indian butter chicken
