Sir each element of list object stores the reference, not the value. Is that 'reference' is the 'address of the Value in Memory' ??? Is that reference is some kind of 'Pointer' concept in C language?

Also if you can confirm if this statement of mine is correct.
"Mutable object are objects whose content can be modified after they are created. This means you can change the object's value, add or remove elements from it, or perform other modifications but DE MUTABLE OBJECT REMAINS THE SAME". Thanks in advance
