Gorgeous Misty is this weeks dog of the week! Misty has been with us since October 2017 (!!) and is often overlooked because she's a big girl. Misty is a 5-6 year old Akita with the softest paws and biggest smile. She was relinquished to us because her owner was made homeless. Misty was a bit of a escape artist in her previous home, so for this reason we ask that she goes to a home with a minimum 7ft fenced garden or 6ft with an overhang. She’s good with some dogs of a similar size but cannot live with cats or other small animals. Misty is a very friendly girl but because she is big we would ideally home her with children no younger than 12. Misty is a very clever girl who loves to learn and is enjoying testing out our new agility training area.
