The Tri-Tip sandwich. Its that simple folks. Just cook it well and you have a decent sandwich. Add something simple, Cheap and easy like the Ortega Pepper and you have a masterpiece.
A lot of delicious foods are Just That Simple.

I used to run through Victorville quite a bit. I can't remember if I ever went by this place. I sure wish I could remember & if I had stopped ate there.

I majored in aviation starting in 1981 to bad these places don't have a runway where we could land & eat, lol, but i did drive a semi on 3rd shift in college 😅& had a few places to stop & eat, finished & retired as a railroad engineer, but only had 2 places to stop the train & pick up food to go, but was delicious food.

Concordia MO. - TA Truck stop only has Subway now. But Betty's Truck stop I-70 Exit 74 Eastbound has good diner style food.
