After staying one night in downtown Denver, CO. we start heading to Breckenridge, CO and we stop by for lunch in Idaho Springs, CO. That was the my two weeks ago video.
This time will share with you the beauty of the Colorado Rockies driving going to Breckenridge, CO. We stayed two night in Valdoro Mountain Lodge by Hilton Grand Vacation Suites is located at the base of the resort's Peak 9, just two blocks from the shops, bars and restaurants of Main Street an a short shuttle ride to the lifts. Breckenridge is a Colorado town at the base of the Rocky Mountain It's known for its ski resort, year round alpine activities and Gold Rush History. The Victorian core of this former mining town is preserved as the Breckenridge National Historic District, running primarily along Main Street, with colorfully painted buildings from 1880 and ' 90s housing shops galleries and restaurants.
The second day video will explore the Main Street and the story of "Tom's Baby" who found the biggest gold nugget in Colorado.
