After catching 20D a few miles away in Summerville, I went away from the tracks for a brief moment and heard P27 coming into town. By the time I got back in my car P27 was already passing through town, so I decided to chase him to Ladson. Luckily P27 stopped just before Ladson to cut his train and work a nearby industry, which resulted in me getting there before him. With just minutes of battery life on my camera to spare, I managed to capture the entire train. To my surprise, the lead engine sported a nice K5LLA horn.

Ok I’m used to dash 9s long good lead on this very local, but A K5LLA?! Only time I hear THAT on this local is when an SD70ACe/M-2 is the locomotive pulling.
