Grant totally deserved it in the finale. The progression of his menu was very logical and was complimented by judges. He also told his story by adding beverage to the main course and also! the dessert and it was much appreciated. Very humble yet talented and soulful person. Cheers!

Kennedy's dessert got the better of her since it wasn't spot on, bc if it was, she could've won, but I'm still proud of Grant being the winner, congrats to him and the Midwest!

Kennedy was 6-8 mins too long with that chocolate cake in the oven if not she would’ve won.. she had the best app and entre and her plating was masterful but that over baked cake destroyed her chances against serious competition

I was rooting for Grant and Kennedy ❤ I’m proud of them both… I think Jennifer came in with the I know it all and honestly she got lucky to be even in the final Wayne would’ve been a great competitor in the final

To think, Grant almost got passed up during the first episode and now he’s master chef! Great job Grant, he deserved it! Way to represent our Midwest roots, he had the hunger to learn and grow throughout the competition. Kennedy is amazing as well, I hope they both open restaurants ❤

I was never more gobsmacked in my life when they announced Grant as the winner. Every week I'd been expecting him to be eliminated. And I was convinced from the very beginning that either Wayne or Kennedy would win. Just goes to show what I know about cooking (which apparently is nothing). CONGRATULATIONS GRANT.
