Newsflash mga senator, the moment she stopped attending is also when she started leaving the country. You don't need to legitimately go through the immigration check in airports in order to leave the country 😂 in case you all haven't noticed, this country is an archipelago and the coast guard doesn't have enough resources to do border patrols that would prevent boats from crossing. They can't even do much in the west Philippine sea, let alone control stuff like this.
