the house was very gud also good area for development of itika right now she is very small so i guess the house was good but also you guys please buy a house according to your budget ! don't hurry up ! Also i guess the same thing is happening in india too that there are very less houses maybe it depends upon area as you said right now where I'm living here are no house even for rent and if we go to buy a house then in this area 3 bhk house could be around 1cr + so after covid many things changed literally

Its too big ..Secondly with a baby you'll eventually get tired of cleaning & maintaining the house..Advise u to go for a cosy smaller house but wth 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms

Nice home, but I’d suggest you to first consider buying a town house instead of a single family home. Because, you are used to living in an apartment, even back in india you lived in an apartment. With a kid in the house a big house is not advisable, once itika grows up, you can get a single family home. Big home = lot of work maintaining it. Also look for something in a community and not something in isolation.

Suggest you take town house / villament instead of individual homes. It will help you with the baby. Single homes need lots of work and maintenance

I really liked the kitchen . Open kitchen is a nuisance, the smell of Indian food permeates in sofas and clothes. The kitchen has a big door which is great.

Ritu aap community/neighborhood mein ghar lena. Standalone ghar mat lena. Try to buy newer home so repairing ke kharche kam aayenge. Buy home in good school district. Buy somewhere work commute is less for prashant.
