👭🏾I'm a twin. Twins have a special bond. They shared the womb. I think that the way the beds are arranged might have something if not a lot to do with why the girls are not able to sleep. Before, the girls were able to see each other possibly feeling more connected. Also, there is a lot of open space in the room which may make them feel unprotected. This arrangement with the bunk beds might be the reason. My twin sister and I always slept in twin beds arranged across from each other. It was always refreshing to look across and see her and she able to see me. 🥰

It’s hard to explain. i’m 18 and still can’t sleep alone. too many bad thoughts at night. i feel more safe when someone’s beside me.

It is normal as kids to feel scared at night but you can help them overcome their fears by sharing the word of God and praying with them before they go to bed. That will help them feel safe, understanding that the angels of God are watching over them.

Am I the only who enjoys the "bruh" "are you serious" and other sound effects and the spongebob screens showing how much time has passed. The dark is scary though. Sleeping alone can take some getting used to as well. Oh and Happy birthday.

They are afraid because they can’t see each other anymore which is triggering anxiety fright response. Try changing room/beds back so they can see each other and I bet they have no more trouble sleeping.

telling them that God is watching over them while they're asleep won't hurt. it all works together for your good. and it is actually a fact God protects them they just need to know it hv that assurance so they can sleep without being hurt. he who watches over them never sleeps nor slumber. he will not let anything happen to them. even tho you guys sleep Jesus always watches over them.
