these reporters projecting their disgust for what they consider classic or not is just cheap poor taste. I expect more from ksl then to bash enthusiasts and their cultural choices. This is discrimination and should not be tolerated.
A Chevelle and trans am will create twice the volume of emissions and would be considered mainstream pop culture cars by most. Saying a 1991 civic is not a classic would be like saying tetris and Gameboy are the modern gaming devices of choice.

Just because they can consider a vehicle a classic due to being over a certain age, should NOT change the licensing requirements for the vehicle. This is a good change but dies not go far enough.
