Favorite theme of otherworld, hands down. Although WoF and the hallow are really good.

I have a weird feeling this would have been used for a final biome. rather than a boss. which would be really cool! I feel like it would have given an air of finality right before the last boss. sorta like the pillars do! though it could be on a much bigger scale!

Just a prediction I made up but I think there was gonna be a spin-off of the celestial pillars in otherworld that have a similar appearance to the 4 perils. incase you didn't know, The Four Perils are four malevolent beings that existed in Chinese mythology and the antagonistic counterparts of the Four Benevolent Animals. And probably in-game have the ability to summon holes in reality that summon servants & the bosses that look like the 4 perils probably have attacks too. This is just a prediction, not a leak.

This game had a banger soundtrack, gameplay concept, and possible story. It’s very unfortunate this probably will never be open-sourced. I’m gonna assume Cthulhu was going to be a boss in this game.

the 4 pillars. Solar, Stardust, Nebula, and Vortex. When the gurdians of impending doom have died, the consequences of what you did shall come before you.

The name makes me wonder if this had something to do with the large pits in the Corruption biome. They kinda look like sinkholes. In terraria you'd fight the eater of worlds down there, maybe in otherworld they had a different boss down there or perhaps more depth to the region? Just speculation.
