Things I learned today: that my Opinel knife has a locking handle. When she said "locking handle", I was like "no it aint." Then my wife was like "Maybe you need to twist the handle." 5 years in and I finally figured out how to lock the handle.

I too, like to whittle. Thanks for the tool recommendation. I usually just use whatever I have or a razor knife. I mostly whittle at home but now I’m gonna take it out on trail.

Wood gouge interesting thank you I do have a interesting tool that you may think maybe useful it is a old timer wood carving knife it has multiple blades they may not lock but there are more than six blades on the knife the cost is less than $20 and it is so far from what I've experienced in the short time I've used it actually pretty decent product
