Watch me assemble a Peach Mandarin Fruit Cake!
Learn how to make stable whipped cream and assemble a fruit cake.

Sponge cake is peach madarin flavored. I will go over in another video how I made my cake. Here is link to the sponge cake (replace 3/4 cup milk with 3/4 cup mandarin puree, add in 1 tbsp peach syrup):

Can you do a recipe for small size? Smaller than 6 inches? Sometimes can’t finish the whole recipe here.

What pudding mix brand and flavor do you use?

What brand of powder sugar do you use??? I try using the great value from Wal-Mart and it sometime gives the cream a gritty taste.
