CHEAP 1100 KV + M2C KIT install -- TRAXXAS X-MAXX --

Decided to upgrade my Traxxas X-maxx with a 1100 kv motor.
I really liked the M2C setup so i used this for the install
Bought this cheap Surpass hobby Rocket motor.
I am currently running 29/50 mod 1.

That dremmel advice Appeciate it. I always wondered why mine didn’t roll freely as my boy X-Maxx. Now I know why it was constantly breaking especially running more power.

Would this motor work with the stock xmaxx esc? Also does it have the same shaft size as stock so I could run the regular size pinion gears? Would be nice to find an alternative to the overpriced stock motor that could run off my esc.

I wanna know how it compares to the HB 5687 1100kv. It's a $60 difference. Is that $60 worth it. The link doesnt say if it'll take 8S.
