This is the update that is literally going to decide the fate of this game. If players stick to the game, and the financial model makes sense, then Supercell will release it!
Yes I spent $500 on the Skeleton King skin, no it wasn't necessary.
The mini's were quite expensive to unlock because they essentially unlock "maxed out" now. Is this better for the game?

As someone who has actually been playing since this update, after not coming back since gizmos, the gameplay is really solid. Progression just still doesn’t feel perfect but I think this is a start and I hope they can refine it because I think everybody knows this game is good it just needs a little something extra and that’s why they haven’t killed it yet

I hate how this guy became the most common Supercell creator, he used to make high quality analysis on almost all Clash Royale troops and stats, counting the range and the speed at the battlefield, giving valuable data while persisting a character without showing the face, now it's like all the other Supecell creators, face cam and same content.

They’ve killed this game so hard with 1 update. Overcomplicated progression system with unnecessary changes to cosmetic items, clunky gameplay compared to previous iterations, still doesn’t seem like the game has a long term pull for people. I can’t see it going global personally.

Personally, I think the old way made a bit more sense. Now it seems abolsutely impossible to get skins you want without breaking the bank
