For years I have started my day every day with an apple 🍎 so healthy and convenient to take with you

Love this format where we can see Dr. Greger rather than just hearing him. I'm all into seeing the information from the studies, but I like this format better.

Good to know that apples are uniquely or especially beneficial. I used to think that apples are over rated, more popular than other fruits in India but don't deserve to be so. I stand corrected.

This puts an axe in the keto camp's 'there's no essential carbohydrate' nonsense. Look how health promoting the 'non essential' lowly apple is! Very interesting clip- thanks for doing the research and posting!

I never peeled apples, and are my daily (often more than one 🙄) fav fruit since early age!😋😋😋

Splendid news about my most consumed fruit. It gives me a wide smile to know the apple is somewhat special amongst the fruit population.

I also want to comment on the new video format and respectfully dissent with those that dislike it. I love it and enjoy it very much, so if anyone from your team is watching to gauge the reception of the overhauled presentation, my vote is a resounding yes!

So the key is "skin". Eat the skin for lowering blood pressure and heart disease risk. Got it. Thanks Dr. Greger now imma go tell the world.

Apples I buy usually covered with candle like thing. So I always peel them. How should I wash off those?

Excellent video. I wonder if cooking the apples interferes with their health benefits? Fruit sweetened apple pie anyone?
