i sang this for state gala with my high school choir my sophomore year
we originally arranged the song in 8 parts but last minute one of the girls got sick and so it was just the sexy seven left lol but we were so anxious excited too but really nervous it wasn't going to sound the same as it did in the competition when we got our rating but we did phenomenally (i should know i sang 2 parts throughout the whole song 😂) and we got a standing ovation i literally was sweating and shaking we were so happy by far one of my favourite memories of high school

What a great performance! 😊 I love this song so much, and whoever is doing the high soprano 1 flute-like part sounds AMAZING!

Why doesn't this have more views? This rendition demonstrates that much can be done with the human voice with minimal use of instruments. The flute-like part at 2:21 is impressive. The Hindi words were pronounced well, considering that it is one of the more difficult languages for Europeans and Americans to learn.
