💁🏼‍♀‍ Hello! I'm Kaleigh! I attended my first Spin class when I was 15. Since then I've been addicted to spinning and indoor cycling. Now, as a certified Spin class Instructor, Stages Beats Instructor, and NASM certified fitness trainer, my goal is to share the most fun, motivating, and energizing indoor cycling workouts that will bring out your inner BUTT-KICKER!

If you are doing a Spin class on a stationary bike or exercise bike instead of a spin bike and prefer to stay in the saddle, DO THIS:
2nd position: increase your speed! Try anywhere between 5-15 RPMs.
3rd position: increase your resistance and try and keep the same cadence.

I went from the 20 min video, to the 30 min video and just finished the 45 min workout for the first time.

I’m training for a relay race and I didn’t make the team at first. These videos got me in shape.

Been here about 3 months post delivery of my fourth baby. Love the rides. This was my first 45 minute ride and I felt totally capable thanks to the shorter rides getting me ready!
