Update:
This weapon is now the best in slot for Bennett, Furina & Kazuha, if you don’t have a good er weapon.
Also, it’s good on battery units or support characters whose burst is their important part of providing support.
So you can definitely fish out this weapon, I have done so for Bennett👍.

I think the weapon is really good especially for a free weapon. Unfortunately, it is locked behind tedious fishing so there's no need to rush to get it to r5 in one day. You can take your time. I believe its (possibly) best user hasn't arrived yet as it entirely focuses on E... *cough* Furina *cough*.

I'm just going to slowly get it.
