We need Maynard Brewer back in though, Isted let in goals two weeks on the bounce without even attempting to get to them.

The third goal was reminiscent of one of my old favorite but annoying Charlton players for us, and Blackett Taylor really reminds me of him, his movement and style is reminiscent of yes its Paul Mortimer, I hope Corey doesn't have the same infuriating side of Pauls game, I have not seen it thankfully. It was like if Paul did not want to get involved he would disappear in a game, and the other side of his game he could win you a game on his own, when he was in the Zone, some of the passes he would make, and goals he would score were World Class, I think he would have had that side of his game coached out of him in today's game Corey caught the eye earlier on when he arrived and has done well, but he has played 64 games, not a bad return with 13 goals since he arrived on 2021 if he can really establish himself in the side I think he could go on to be outstanding for the Addicks.

Looks like crowd was low. I live 5 mins from ground but like many I just can’t be bothered any more. One good result can’t paper over a squad that looks incapable of going up and a new bunch of owners unwilling to invest properly. After a while it just feels pointless. Felt numb for first time today when I heard we won. Sad times for CARC.
