How To Record Guitar Videos For TikTok

quick guide on how i record my videos, hope this helps anyone who was curious.

I found out a way to shorten this process a few months ago with OBS Studio (which is free) you can create different scenes based off what you’re doing. For example. In OBS you can select “Video Capture Device” and select whatever camera you will be using in my case my iPhone camera. From there you will also need to select “MacOS Desktop Audio” (or whatever type of computer you’re using) and basically what that’s gonna do is capture any sound coming from your desktop and automatically print it onto the video without having to align the audio to the video. All you need to do is open up a standalone amp sim of your choice and balance the volume of your amp sim to the song you’re covering if any. Hit record and then you have a HD guitar video without the extra hassle.

How do you hear yourself playing since you're not playing through an amp? If I use the DAW to listen live as I play the latency is awful

No 1. Be handsome or atleast white guy.
No 2. Give a sturd face
No 3. Learn only solo parts from martymusic
No4. Always play guitar on a trending No matter your string had gone by bending it blindly
