When the protein pdb was uploaded into Pyrex in the first step and converted to macromolecule the following error is displayed under vinawizard " can't find Bable atom element for 'h from protein". What does this error mean? And how to remove this error?

this will only work if you have few alternate conformations... what if you have multiple alternate conformations.. manual editing will take a lot of time
