LOL, 40 years ago I’d ask guys looking for jobs if they could spin a hammer around. If they were too good at it I’d counter that they’d probably spent too much time f’ing around on the job and I was looking for guys that could work. You can imagine the look on a guys face at that point. More nailing less playing.
