The UK is systematically racist against straight white british males from a low to middle classed background. Discrimination is described as being positive against them and they by law cannot be negative about other cultures while other cultures are encouraged to be way beyond negative in return. If only a supposed 4% of the population wants to be over-represented by demanding at least 50% of all representation in all areas (probably up to 80% on TV ads) then I'd say the system is systematically being used and abused specifically to create legal racism against whites.
