Representatives from criminal right nonprofits joined PIX11 Morning News to discuss their concerns regarding Gov. Hochul's plans on bail reform.

Either way it’s gonna be a shit show..jails and prisons will just be more over crowded that means more prison violence and prison deaths..rikers is already over populated to the point they are sending non gang members into gang units to pretty much be tortured.

I see officer adams wants to bring back broken windows. We aint having it!! Besides, the NY legislature said they're not fixing bail reform & many DA's said they're not prosecuting low level offenses so reinstating broken windows would be essentially useless.
