These out of conference home/home series take advantage of what makes college football so special - the classic venues, passionate fans, longstanding traditions, and pageantry. All of that is lost when you throw two teams in a neutral site game in some soulless, corporate sponsored NFL stadium. It's time for more major teams to get back to this. Should also go to a ten game regular season where you have one out-of-conference game and nine conference games. No more FCS games.

Texas A&M should be ranked. This is coming from a clemson fan. They played really well and I just don't see how they aren't ranked. Both teams got away with some calls and at the end Clemson got lucky, it should not have been that close...

This non-conference game will prove itself in future to be Texas A&M teams' big time morale booster. Loss is a loss but it can argued that Aggies played better than Clemson for most part of the game. It took them first quarter to realize their own strength. I am more confident than earlier today about Aggies chances of beating big time SEC conference teams - Alabama, Auburn, LSU etc to name the few.

They show all of Clemson’s touchdowns but not A&M’s? A&M was shredding Clemson up and down the field for a lot of first half and all of 2nd half. Just had too many lost fumbles.
