Ok… papa Johan is being rolled recently and I am coping real hard

If your counting statements, I believe Johan’s PSI could be >= Lulu’s but it’s highly debatable with Lelouch’s quick-witted strategies.
What isn’t debatable is Johan’s VCI. He is shown to speak German, Latin, English and potentially Czech but is said to also know French. In addition, his usage of vocabulary and words to manipulate(However magical) does show his controlling verbal comprehension and checks many of the subtests(possibly verbal appropriation and verbal reasoning.)
Emotional Understanding should easily go to Johan, after all it is the ability to identify and label emotions, understand how emotions are triggered and expressed and a unit of empathy(Cognitive not emotional.) This specific subset of FSEQ allows Johan manipulation and friendly demeanour to be as effective as it is.

Though, with the specific point distribution chosen, it does seem that Lulu gets his victory.

1. Emotional understanding: Idk any Lelouch feats that could be compared with Johan. Maybe it's cause I'm mid anyways EU to Johan imo


2. Indirect manipulation: I'm gonna get bullied fr, but Indirect manipulation is made up of two categories (complete control and abstract control). Complete control refers to a situation in which an individual or a system has absolute authority or power over a particular situation or process.

Abstract control refers to a situation in which an individual or a system has control over the underlying principles or concepts that govern a particular situation or process.

Complete control to Lelouch both with and without geass. With geass is not even debatable but without geas it could be argued that since Lelouch became the 99th emperor and pretty much ruled the world it is safe to say he has absolute power over the entire world other than Johan who only has complete power over a town.


Abstract control also to Lelouch since he realised the Black knights motives and use this understanding to influence or guide the outcome to attack not only the Brittania's in Area 11 but the Brittania nation.



3. Direct manipulation: Okay it is to Johan but it pretty close imo.
