I grew up on Riverwood road which dead ends to the McCommas bluff. This was my playground, I remember when P&H packing house operated and dumped into the river and also Proctor and Gambel was dumping from their Lamar location. Please understand that if this is opened completely to the public it will be a hotbed for crime more than it already is today. I've seen it myself over many years. Just look at the folks who live in the area which have no regard for the river and forest let alone each other. Nothing but gang bangers, tweekers and crime. Damn shame when I was raised there it was Pleasant Grove and we could leave you home unlocked. Just get rid of the Park idea it's too far gone both the river and the area around it.
