It's almost impossible to sell a house in the UK if it has polyurethane foam anywhere. Roofs, walls, cavities. It prevents the house from breathing and leads to damp and rot.

They have gone so far as to use it to make full walls of buildings even huge 5 and 6 story and higher buildings.

For the north american people and maybe even european and other people, look into your wall/floor/roof insulation, this material is probably used. From what i know, it is not harmful to the human body once it is applied. But while applying it, you need face protection to protect lungs and eyes.

I like this stuff for insulation purposes. Nothing else. I would rather go metal sheet for roofing and siding. Kinda expensive, but i did it myself. So i saved on all labor costs. The new paint on the metal sheeting is amazing and should no doubt last 30+ years. Enough for my lifetime. I have noticed less cell service in the home though
