Bhai koi doodh ka dhula nahi hai ye...inn packaged namkeens mein palm oil use Kiya jaata hai...itna Paisa aur bada empire ..palm oil ko ditch krke ek achha oil use kr skte hain ye log .funds ki koi Kami nhi ..aur namkeens expensive bechte hain .toh ye log apna margin hi kyu dekh rahe hain?? Palm oil ko ditch kr skte hain ye..I have stopped buying them and will buy only after checking at the back of packets..some namkeens also use cottonseed oil..for which I appreciate these companies.
Edit: we should see serving size in back of packets in nutrition chart..and consume accordingly..just eat less amount..and you will be fine
