Let me start off by saying this was one of the best DIY YouTube videos I have ever seen. You are very well spoken and very knowledgeable obviously. I have a hard time watching and listening to some who have no idea what their talking about. I always run a bead of caulk at all of the panel joints (on the inside). Just in case there's any little gaps, the caulk'l seal 'em up and keep the enclosure from leaking any air when you're dropping big beat.
Another tip is if the box is MDF, before trying to paint it, seal the wood with watered down Elmer's glue (or wood glue) applied with a chip brush. T-nuts and machine screws to mount the driver is my preference.

2 tips for anyone else considering this build - first, use a respirator mask when spraying paint (you don't want to inhale that stuff, it's toxic and nasty), and second, do all your taping up FIRST, then spray the paint rather than tape a bit, spray a bit, repeat. The former is faster and removes any overspray possibilities.

I took the crate box the Kraken 21 comes in and made a seal enclosure with two earthquake sound pump-12 passive radiators sealed...Yup. You can make it work with careful measuring putting one on each side inside the box without hitting magnet. The passive radiators are designed to work with a small box and they move crazy air. It hits crazy hard and tuning frequency is tunable, out box tuning frequency is around 34hz for the radiators really good for music like unreal, if you want to go lower you can add weights to the radiators to get it down around 25 - 30hz anything lower i dont like bc you cant really hear it in most content I get more the enough Infrasonics the widows in my house flex. Got a 4000 watt amp (Europower EP4000) bridged and a Dayton Sub dsp to dial it in. I don't think any things hits this hard (for the size), its insane. Passive radiators also let you push the volume really loud with great cone control so you can drive it really hard and it sound clean clean I have the amp all the way up zero distortion. I used alot of glue and screws to reinforce the box. You can putty over it sand it and vener it and bam perfection. It is an insane value loud and clean bass.
