All Ubuntu Startup & Shutdown Sounds

These are all the Startup and Shutdown sounds from all versions of Ubuntu. In newer versions of Ubuntu, the startup sound is disabled by default, but the sound files themselves are still included and the startup sound can be manually activated.. This also counts for Ubuntu 18.10 up to the latest version.
This video was inspired from a video by the YouTube channel "Vistaven", but the uploader unlisted the video, so I decided to redo it.

Ubuntu 24.10 revived the 4.10 startup due to existing for 20 years and the anniversary coming, so Ubuntu celebrates it with putting this startup sound. Also to honor it they put 20 years ubuntu in the boot.

1:00 This one was in relation to the little startup video that played when you got those Dell laptops that came with ubuntu pre-installed. Kinda wish they kept it for those, since the shell was already modified to play the video right after the first startup.

I think Ubuntu 6.10 Beta has some beautiful sounds. I also like the final release sounds.

I like the first startup sound for the reason it reminds of of windows 2000 some of the music they use in 90's and early 2000s tv shows

In Ubuntu 24.10, original startup sound is back.
In order to find out, run Ubuntu 24.10 daily build on a virtual machine or something to try it.
It will come in October 10th this year, less than 2 months left.
