Some of my favorite onigiri fillings is cooked salmon with some kewpie mayonnaise. Tuna and chicken can be substituted for the salmon as well. You gather the protein into a bowl, smash it and crush it so there aren’t any huge chunks, then you mix the mayo in there with a little bit of soy sauce. It’s addicting ❤
