Noticed you went around as the runway was occupied when on final - what was the process between that and the guy who made an orbit at that point and got involved in a mid-air?

Thanks for sharing. Up to what (weight / speed / engine hp?) ultralights are to land on this strip? Would VL3s need to land here, too? Or are they expected to land with the big boys? What is the treshold between ultralight and normal plane? I believe it may be different in the USA than in Europe, hence my question.

They keep you under 400 feet? is that the SOP for the ultralight field? How many Challengers showed up? I hope next year we can get the factory to have a presence.

18.5 minutes total for 6 minutes in the air, two circuits around the patch, noticed greatly expanded aircraft parking down in the South Forty !!....Nice view !!..David Clarks come in handy

Been to Sun & Fun a number of times, but never Oshkosh. Hoping to go some day. The hard left needed at very last second to line up for landing seems like unnecessary risk. Why can't they line up further out?
