Yay! We have another beginner ballet class online just for you!

It is time to teach yourself ballet in this beginner ballet class tutorial. We break down how to dance ballet as ballet fitness in our dance studio based in lake nona, florida. These balllet exercises taught by our ballet teacher Tamra Chace, will review plies, tendus, and much more.

In the level 1 ballet we begin using the port de bra, placement of the head, and legs at 45 degrees (no longer on the floor all the time).
