Miata DRL day time running lights

DRL day time running lights na/nb miata

Less expensive way (then others ways) to add day time running lamps to your Miata. This will work similar for either na or nb miatas. Not sure about nc and up.

Also enables the setup to be disabled which was something other methods didn’t seem to think was important?
